Client Relations Interior Designer

<div><p>We are seeking a<b>Client Relations Interior Designer</b>who brings together strong design expertise with exceptional client management skills.</p><p>This role is positioned at the intersection of<b>design, communication, and project coordination</b>, where you will lead client interactions and ensure that every project is delivered with clarity, precision, and a refined design standard.</p><p>You will act as the<b>main liaison between clients and internal teams</b>, ensuring a seamless journey from initial concept to final delivery.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Acts as the primary point of contact between clients and the design team, managing relationships from initial briefing through to project completion</li><li>Lead client meetings and consultations to understand project requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations</li><li>Translate client needs into clear and structured design briefs, ensuring alignment across all internal teams</li><li>Develop and present interior design concepts, including mood boards, material selections, and space planning proposals</li><li>Coordinate closely with 2D drafting and 3D visualization teams to ensure all outputs align with the approved concept</li><li>Review all design deliverables and ensure that revisions accurately reflect client feedback and project requirements</li><li>Prepare and deliver professional design presentations to clients and stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors to maintain design intent and smooth project execution</li><li>Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely delivery</li><li>Ensure that all design outputs consistently align with Ithra Design’s established standards, design language, and aesthetic identity</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3–6 years of experience in interior design with a strong client‑facing component</li><li>Solid understanding of the full design process</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to manage clients professionally, particularly in high‑end or luxury projects</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li></ul><h3>Preferred Profile</h3><ul><li>Experience working on luxury residential or hospitality projects</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense aligned with modern luxury or new classical styles</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings</li><li>Confident, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling high‑pressure environments</li></ul><h3>To apply, please submit your CV and portfolio via LinkedIn or email us at</h3></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
