This role involves driving revenue through strategic partnerships with large Auto, Tech, food CPG advertisers and their ecosystem partners, leveraging Snapchat’s advertising solutions. Based in our Dubai, UAE office, the ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across client organizations, deliver tactically on quarterly business objectives, think strategically to provide client value, and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing and technical infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prioritize, and secure business opportunitiesEnsure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer servicePartner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing strategic initiativesDevelop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and servicesCreate persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studiesResponsible for educating clients on Snapchat products and best practicesCreate, own, and execute the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business with the intent to simultaneously unlock and elevate each relationshipAnalyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancementsCommunicate and evolve a client\'s way of thinking to mirror success on Snap according to the Playbook & Planning Principals, while also balancing client goalsEnsure strong health of the client relationships, identifying gaps where we do not have advocates, and asking for internal support to elevate Snapchat with clients under this bookOwn a room, present dynamically and instill confidence to challenge our clients in a kind, smart and creative way to ensure we are doing what is best for both businesses long-termKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExtensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketingAbility to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to engage and partner with C-Level executivesAbility to win the support of key stakeholdersA team player and collaboratorExperience running Weekly Office Hours, QBRs, arranging or leading top-to-tops, and comfortability with senior level engagement sessionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred10+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experienceFluency in ArabicPreferred QualificationsProven track record of growing top to bottom relationships with both clients and agenciesProven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goalsCreative, outside-the-box thinker, and strategistPassion for Snap, marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom upIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScV7t31iR3yYR9ztGDHJpbvL63svWpb6s0afkBkLEjGnDx4Kg/viewform)."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
