As a global digital innovation company, we fuse creativity, technology, and strategy to solve complex business challenges and deliver exceptional experiences.</p><h3>Your Opportunity To Lead</h3><p>As<b>Client Partner</b>, you will be instrumental in shaping Valtech’s<b>practice in MENA</b>, driving client success through the facilitation of strategic relationships with customers.</p><ul><li>Entrepreneurial in spirit and adept at working in fast‑paced, changing, high‑growth environment, you will unlock opportunities to help the customer achieve their ambitions for bringing innovation to their digital estate.</li><li>You will develop and nurture our most senior‑level key client relationships, working closely with a dedicated delivery team to deliver fantastic work and own the longer‑term strategic direction, planning and revenue growth of your accounts.</li><li>You will be skilled at interpreting and adding value to new client briefs, always thinking about the longer‑term ambition and objectives of your clients and their business, engaging with all teams and disciplines to deliver the best work possible.</li><li>To be successful in the role you will need to be a digital native who thrives in delivering high‑value digital transformation programs, with a natural flair for client interactions, blending high energy with composure, and a demonstrable ability of bringing order to complex solution builds.</li><li>This is an opportunity to join Valtech during a period of rapid growth, making a tangible impact on both our business and our clients’ transformation journeys.</li></ul><h3>Your Role</h3><ul><li>Build and nurture relationships with clients at executive level as well as peers across the organisation.</li><li>Actively seek out and develop growth opportunities within your client organisations to bring in our broader specialisms.</li><li>Bring strategic thinking and considered opinions and recommendations while being respectful of others; challenge thinking and won’t accept the status‑quo to ensure the right outcome.</li><li>Be accountable for the commercials across your account portfolio, working with Delivery to ensure account profitability and accurate forecasting.</li><li>Consistently track performance against annual targets and quickly identify potential areas for account development.</li><li>Own and lead the account strategy planning across your client portfolio, building on your in‑depth knowledge of clients and their businesses to identify the right focus areas and working collaboratively with subject‑matter experts and senior stakeholders to develop and implement the strategic vision for your accounts.</li><li>Lead business development opportunities across your account portfolio; develop, own and present plans and proposals that add more value for clients and drive additional revenue for Valtech.</li><li>Be a team player that genuinely cares about what they do and the people they do it with.</li></ul><h3>Essential Experience And Expertise</h3><ul><li>10+ years’ experience in Senior Client Management / Client Partner roles within the digital agency/tech professional services industry.</li><li>Experience managing digital transformation portfolios valued at>5‑7M AED.</li><li>Experience working with a broad customer base of travel, hospitality, ecommerce&retail.</li><li>Ability to inspire and influence working relationships at C‑suite level.</li><li>Confident leading the creation and building of complex digital products and solutions within an agency environment.</li><li>Strong business and commercial acumen, confident looking for opportunities to expand and develop existing client accounts.</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business challenges into digital solutions.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling practices in a rapidly growing market.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all organisational levels.</li></ul><h3>Regional Expertise</h3><ul><li>Strong understanding of MENA markets, their unique challenges, and the opportunities they present.</li></ul><h3>Commitment to reaching all kinds of people</h3><p>We design experiences that work for all kinds of people – and that starts with our own teams.
