Client Operations&Implementation Specialist - UAE

<p>We’re looking for an Implementation&Operations Associate to join zenda in Dubai. This is a client-facing role where you will manage platform implementations, support client operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day usage of the platform.</p><p>This role requires someone who can manage multiple clients, handle real-time operational challenges, and communicate effectively in fast-paced environments.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong>Dubai</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong>2–4 years</p><p><strong>Industry:</strong>SaaS / EdTech / Fintech / Technology</p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Support client onboarding and platform implementation.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding timelines and ensure successful system setup.</li><li>Deliver client training and guide users on platform workflows.</li><li>Act as a key operational contact for clients and resolve operational queries.</li><li>Monitor platform usage and troubleshoot issues in real-time.</li><li>Manage multiple client accounts and workflows simultaneously.</li><li>Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.</li><li>Conduct client visits when required for onboarding, training, and operational reviews.</li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in implementation, operations, customer success, or client-facing roles within a technology company.</li><li>Experience working with SaaS platforms, fintech, or technology products is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>High sense of ownership and responsiveness in handling operational issues.</li><li>Valid driving license and access to a car.</li><li>Based in the UAE and willing to travel to client locations when required.</li><li>Work with leading schools across the UAE to improve outcomes using our SaaS platform</li><li>Take full ownership of strategic accounts and see direct impact from your work</li><li>Collaborate with a dynamic, high-performing team</li><li>Opportunities for on-ground client visits and strategic influence</li><li>Chance to go global as zenda expands its reach worldwide</li><li>Learn and grow in SaaS, EdTech, and strategic client management</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
