Job Description

We’re looking for an Implementation & Operations Associate to join zenda in Dubai. This is a client-facing role where you will manage platform implementations, support client operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day usage of the platform.This role requires someone who can manage multiple clients, handle real-time operational challenges, and communicate effectively in fast-paced environments.Location: DubaiExperience: 2–4 yearsIndustry: SaaS / EdTech / Fintech / TechnologyWhat you’ll doSupport client onboarding and platform implementation.Coordinate onboarding timelines and ensure successful system setup.Deliver client training and guide users on platform workflows.Act as a key operational contact for clients and resolve operational queries.Monitor platform usage and troubleshoot issues in real-time.Manage multiple client accounts and workflows simultaneously.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.Conduct client visits when required for onboarding, training, and operational reviews.What we’re looking for2–4 years of experience in implementation, operations, customer success, or client-facing roles within a technology company.Experience working with SaaS platforms, fintech, or technology products is preferred.Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.High sense of ownership and responsiveness in handling operational issues.Valid driving license and access to a car.Based in the UAE and willing to travel to client locations when required.Work with leading schools across the UAE to improve outcomes using our SaaS platformTake full ownership of strategic accounts and see direct impact from your workCollaborate with a dynamic, high-performing teamOpportunities for on-ground client visits and strategic influenceChance to go global as zenda expands its reach worldwideLearn and grow in SaaS, EdTech, and strategic client management#J-18808-Ljbffr
