Client Manager – Enterprise Technology Solutions - Up to 35,000 QAR + commissionSector:Government & Enterprise Accounts (Oil & Gas, Aviation, Government - Must have)We are looking for a high-impact Client Manager to drive growth across a strategic portfolio of enterprise and government accounts. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to open doors, build long-term relationships, and position complex technology solutions that create real business value.What You’ll DoOwn and grow a set of key enterprise/government accounts within your territoryIdentify, qualify, and close large-scale digital transformation and services opportunitiesSell a full technology portfolio (infrastructure, cloud, services, support, and managed offerings)Develop deep relationships with senior decision-makers and influence long-term strategyBuild and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and account planningLead proposal development, bid responses, and commercial negotiationsCoordinate closely with delivery, technical, and leadership teams to ensure successful executionDrive cross-sell and up-sell across all solution areas to maximise wallet shareStay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer needsResolve customer challenges, improve satisfaction, and act as the trusted advisorWhat You’ll Bring10+ years’ track record in enterprise IT sales or account managementExperience closing multi-solution deals acrossinfrastructure, cloud, software, or servicesStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsAbility to build C-level relationships and manage complex sales cyclesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skillsStrong understanding of technology value drivers and industry trendsFluency in English; Arabic is mandatoryBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related fieldWho Succeeds in This RoleStrategic thinkers who can map an account, understand influence circles, and build winning plansRelationship builders who thrive in front of customersHunters who can create new opportunities — not just manage existing onesCollaborators who work seamlessly with technical and delivery teamsProfessionals who can balance customer satisfaction with business profitability
