Job Description Role Overview: You will be responsible for carrying out client due diligence and collation of supporting documents for new and existing clients. This includes screening clients for sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and adverse media. You will provide the necessary support to the Risk Partner in assessing the risk profile. Additionally, inputting due diligence information into the firm's systems for review and submission will be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to demonstrate reliability and self-motivation by maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. Collaborating with client-facing teams to acquire additional information/documentation and escalating issues when necessary will also be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Carrying out client due diligence and collecting supporting documents - Screening clients for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media - Providing support to the Risk Partner in assessing risk profiles - Inputting due diligence information into the firm's systems - Collaborating with client-facing teams to gather further information/documentation - Recognizing anomalies or issues and escalating them as needed - Demonstrating reliability and self-motivation in task completion - Utilizing IT skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Developing and maintaining relationships within the team and wider firm - Managing time effectively and demonstrating organizational skills - Communicating effectively (written and verbal) under time pressure and deadlines Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience - B.Com/ BBA/ MBA degree At Forvis Mazars, inclusion is integral to their values, promoting diversity and inclusivity.
