Job Description As a Client Financial Management Specialist at Accenture, your role involves delivering business advisory services to client teams to maximize profitability throughout the contract lifecycle. Your responsibilities include: - Providing strategic decision-making support, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams - Fostering a collaborative environment across commercial functions, account leadership, and finance organization - Budgeting & forecasting, and providing advisory services to client and corporate leadership teams - Guiding and leading a small team of finance professionals, reviewing deliverables - Overseeing revenue assurance, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting - Ensuring accurate financial tracking and supporting client profitability - Analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and advising clients on financial matters To excel in this role, you are expected to: - Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams - Collaborate with client and engagement executives, client group finance leads, and other finance operations executives - Complete standard financial and operational activities, including invoicing, collections, and forecasting - Perform work plan reconciliation and reporting - Track and report time-reporting hours, expenses, and variances as required - Have experience in project-based Accounting/Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Possess good knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley - Demonstrate experience in budgeting and forecasting functions In this role, you will analyze and solve moderately complex problems, potentially creating new solutions. You will need to understand the strategic direction set by senior management and interact with peers and clients. Guidance will be provided for determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Your decisions will impact the team, and you may manage small teams or work efforts. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. Qualifications required for this position include a Master of Business Administration degree and 7 to 11 years of experience in Client Financial Management and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
