Job Description **Job Description** As a Senior Analyst in Client Data Management (CDM) at Deutsche Bank, your primary role will be to ensure the successful onboarding of applications through the strategic channel of distribution. Your responsibilities will include providing downstream consumers/application access to static cRDS Client Reference Data, obtaining approval for critical/restricted datasets, and facilitating onboarding in lower environments. You will also assist in the migration of legacy channels to GRPC/SDP and drive the adoption of new KYC-relevant applications to meet Bafin Controls. **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure access provision is at the right level of entitlements and provide support for changes and enhancements to Client data consumers. - Collaborate with Data modelers to address critical attributes gaps and incorporate new attributes requested by consumers for SDP. - Raise Data Quality (DQ) concerns to respective data attribute ownership for remediation. - Remediate all known data issues and gaps to ensure readiness for various processes built around dbCAR. - Identify root causes and prioritize strategic improvements to mitigate issues. - Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within Client Data Services to obtain required skill sets for application adoption. - Create and agree upon Key Operating Procedures (KOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for key processes. - Manage delivery against agreed timelines and milestones with key stakeholders and business. - Record, track, and report on risks and issues. **Qualifications Required** - 2+ years of experience in investment banking, particularly in Client Onboarding, KYC, or Client Reference Data function within Investment or commercial Banking. - Fair understanding of differentiating legal entities and sub-accounts/funds. - Proficiency in managing email queries related to the Client reference data (CRDS) process. - Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to share knowledge and expertise. - Excellent relationship/stakeholder management skills. - High motivation and proactive approach to problem-solving. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex situations. - Experience with Data Quality tools, SQL, and Data analytics tools is a plus.
