Client Consulting Manager

The VCA Manager (Commercial and Money Movement Services) will be a key member of the Visa Consulting & Analytics team in the Middle East based in Dubai and covering the GCC and NALP regions. This role focuses on commercial payments and money movement services a strategic growth area for Visa as we expand beyond consumer payments into new payments flows between businesses individuals and governments. We are seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about combining data-driven insights with strategic consulting to drive impact for Visas clients across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead consulting projects or workstreams focused on commercial payment flows using data-driven analysis to solve client challengesExecute project activities following Visas consulting delivery frameworks and methodologies to ensure quality and consistencyConduct data analysis benchmarking and market research to identify trends and improvement opportunities in clients commercial payments portfolioTranslate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that enhance client performance in areas such as B2B cross-border and commercial card paymentsSupport clients in implementing recommendations including go-to-market strategies process improvements and digital adoption initiativesManage project timelines deliverables and client communications to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignmentBuild and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high satisfaction across engagementsSupport client workshops and training sessions to share best practices and implementation insightsCollaborate and share knowledge with consulting teams in other regions to bring global best practices and innovative solutions to local clientsContribute to developing the CMS consulting practice through insights methodology refinement and thought leadershipCollaborate with senior colleagues on complex projects and guide junior team members to ensure analytical quality and delivery excellenceProvide ad hoc support to internal initiatives and cross-functional projects within VCA as neededStay informed on emerging commercial and remittance payment trends and apply this knowledge to enhance Visas consulting recommendationsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsEducation & Professional QualificationsA recognized undergraduate degree is requiredMBA or other postgraduate degrees is a plusExperience & Skills46 years of experience in consulting financial services or the payments industryPrior experience in a strategy consulting firm or internal strategy/analytics function is a plusExperience in business and corporate banking and familiarity with commercial card payment solutions is a plusStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsProficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaboration stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (Arabic preferred but not required)Self-driven results-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
