Client Accountant

Manage a portfolio of UAE-based clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day accounting and reporting mattersPrepare statutory financial statements, management accounts, and quarterly/annual reports in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirementsOversee and review bookkeeping and accounting work prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely deliveryEnsure accurate maintenance of client ledgers, including GL reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processesPrepare and review management reporting, KPIs, and ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by clients or internal stakeholdersCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams to support audits, reviews, and regulatory filingsEnsure client financial records and reports comply with UAE legislation, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standardsMonitor and maintain consistency of client financial data across internal systems, accounting software, and reporting toolsReview and sign off bank, intercompany, receivable, payable, and other key account reconciliationsSupervise, guide, and support junior accountants, including on-the-job training and technical reviewProactively identify issues, risks, or inefficiencies and communicate clearly with clients, offering practical solutionsSupport internal process improvements and contribute to maintaining high service standards across the client accounting function#J-18808-Ljbffr
