Cleaning Services Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of a cleaning services business. This role involves supervising a large field team ensuring contract delivery maintaining service quality and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage supervisors drivers and cleaners across multiple locationsImplement and monitor cleaning schedules and service contractsHandle client acquisition retention and complaint resolutionCoordinate manpower planning recruitment and trainingEnsure health and safety standards are met on all job sitesManage inventory procurement and logistics of cleaning suppliesMonitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvementsGenerate performance and compliance reports for managementRequirements:5 7 years of experience in cleaning/facilities management (UAE/GCC preferred)Strong leadership organizational and team coordination skillsGood knowledge of cleaning tools materials and service protocolsFluent in English (Hindi/Nepali is a plus); strong reporting skillsValid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatoryStrong client-facing and communication abilities Key Skills Electro Mechanical,Instrument Maintenance,Adobe Dreamweaver,Document Control Management,E-Commerce Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 10 - 8000
