What we’re building now matters.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>This is a frontline role with real ownership.</p><p>As a Classroom Supervisor, you are responsible for the student experience inside the classroom. You lead the room, manage behavior, and create an environment where students stay focused, engaged, and performing.</p><p>This role is open to both<b>full‑time and part‑time</b>candidates.</p><p>We are specifically looking for<b>native or near‑native English speakers</b>, as you will be interacting with students in English throughout the day.</p><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage a classroom of students</li><li>Maintain discipline while building strong student relationships</li><li>Drive focus, participation, and consistent effort</li><li>Handle classroom challenges in real time with good judgment</li><li>Support student progress through structure and accountability</li><li>Communicate clearly with students, parents, and staff</li><li>Create a high‑energy, structured, and motivating environment</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>Experience working directly with students (teaching, tutoring, youth activities, coaching, etc.)</li><li>Native or near‑native English fluency</li><li>Strong presence.
