Competitive Salary + BenefitsA leading consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Delay Consultant to join their disputes and claims team, supporting major construction and infrastructure projects across the Middle East.This role will involve providing expert delay analysis and planning support on complex projects, working closely with legal teams, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to assess and resolve programme-related disputes.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out detailed delay analysis and programme reviews on major construction projectsPrepare extension of time (EOT) claims and delay reportsAnalyse project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6Provide expert planning and forensic delay analysis on live and disputed projectsSupport preparation of expert reports for arbitration or litigation where requiredReview project documentation, contracts and programme records to identify delay impactsWork closely with project teams, legal advisors and senior consultantsRequirementsProven experience in delay analysis, planning or claims consultancy within the construction sectorStrong background in programme management and schedule analysisAdvanced knowledge of Primavera P6Experience preparing or supporting EOT claims and delay assessmentsStrong understanding of construction contracts and dispute resolution processesExcellent analytical and report-writing skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience working within a claims consultancy or specialist dispute advisory firmExposure to arbitration, adjudication or expert witness processesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy involved in high-value disputes and complex construction projects across the region, offering strong career progression within the disputes and claims space.If this could be of interest, please reach out directly for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
