You will work closely with clients, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a fair and timely resolution of claims. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services.</p><p>We offer a competitive salary range of AED 7,500 – AED 8,500 monthly, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Investigate insurance claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses</li><li>Review policy documents to determine coverage</li><li>Assess damages and losses to determine the amount of compensation</li><li>Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records</li><li>Communicate findings to clients and provide guidance on the claims process</li><li>Collaborate with legal and medical professionals as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements</li><li>Assist in resolving disputes and negotiating settlements</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><l>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<li>Customer service orientation and a professional demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of insurance principles is a plus</li></l></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
