Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the mission we offer youLocation: Ruwais, UAEExperience: 6 months – 1 yearNationality: UAE Nationals onlyEmployment Type: Full-time – Site-basedKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in supervising daily civil construction activities on site.Ensure work is executed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.Monitor progress and report any issues, delays, or deviations to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager.Support quality inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.Maintain daily site records including manpower, materials, and work completed.Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and promote safe working practices on site.Qualifications & RequirementsUAE National (Emiratisation role).6 months to 1 year of experience in civil site supervision or related field.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline (preferred).Basic understanding of construction drawings and site methodologies.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.Skills & CompetenciesBasic knowledge of civil construction activities.Attention to detail and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, project-focused environment.Commitment to safety and quality standards.Starting Date: ASAPYour career with usWorking at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
