This is a unique opportunity to work in an environment that blends heritage with modern construction practices.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the royal palace site.Review and approve project plans specifications and schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and project specifications.Monitor work progress and provide guidance to subcontractors and construction teams.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of work completed materials used and labor hours.Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to facilitate smooth project .Ensure that all work performed meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the royal palace.RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil supervision particularly in highprofile or luxury construction projects.Strong understanding of civil construction methods materials and regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.BenefitsSalary: AED 4500 plus sharing accommodation food and other benefits as perUAELaborLaw.Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
