As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our Infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractorsDevelop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasksMonitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on construction sitesReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentsManage project budgets and resources, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising qualityLead and mentor a team of construction workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentConduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for managementEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standardsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changesParticipate in project planning meetings and contribute to strategic decision‑making processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with a focus on Infrastructure ProjectsValid UAE Driving License#J-18808-Ljbffr
