CIVIL STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and develop detailed civil and structural drawings including early works such as: Site facilities layouts Excavation drawings Temporary shoring worksSupport design and drafting activities during the early construction phases.Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.Ensure compliance with project specifications standards and guidelines.Assist in resolving design and drafting issues during coordination between steel and concrete structures.Maintain proper documentation and ensure revisions are tracked and updated.Key Qualifications: Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil/Structural Drafting or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Draftsman preferably in large-scale building projects in the UAE/GCC.Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.Strong understanding of civil works excavation and temporary shoring systems.Experience in civil works and structural coordination.Experience in complex projects involving large basements and steelconcrete interface coordination.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
