The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools and processes.If you are passionate about engineering excellence and ready to take on challenging design projects in the dynamic Qatar Oil & Gas sector, we invite you to apply and become a key player in our growing teamDiploma or equivalent technical qualification in engineering or design.Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas design engineering, experience in QatarProficiency in design software including MicroStation, AutoCAD, SP3D, PDMS, PDS, and E3D.Strong knowledge of discipline-specific layouts and deliverables.Familiarity with Qatar Energy standards, international engineering codes, and industry best practices.Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.Plan, assign, and oversee daily design tasks to ensure timely project delivery.Review and verify the accuracy and consistency of engineering drawings across disciplines.Maintain cost-effective practices when updating or creating engineering documents.Ensure high-quality, presentable, and accurate drawings that meet project and client standards.Enforce strict adherence to company and client safety standards within the design team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
