The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement activities for civil, MEP, finishing, and façade worksDevelop and implement procurement strategies to achieve best value and qualityCoordinate with technical, site, planning, and commercial teamsEvaluate suppliers, prepare technical and commercial comparisons, and issue purchase ordersManage vendor relationships and negotiate contractsEnsure compliance with UAE procurement practices and contractsSupport cost control, lead time management, and material planningRequirements7-10 years of procurement experience in construction and contractingStrong experience in high‑rise building projects in Dubai/UAEExtensive network of vendors and suppliers in the UAE marketExcellent negotiation and commercial skillsSolid understanding of technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirementsStrong knowledge of UAE procurement practices, contracts, and compliance requirementsKey CompetenciesStrategic sourcing and vendor managementCost optimization and value engineering supportStrong communication and stakeholder coordinationHigh attention to detail and accountabilityAbility to handle multiple projects under tight deadlinesNote: Must be available in UAE for face‑to‑face interview.Service Charge to be charged from Candidate upon confirmation from employer.
