The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and delay analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress reportsConduct delay analysis and prepare EOT claimsCoordinate with project teams to ensure timely project deliveryReview and update project schedules to reflect changes and progressProvide planning and scheduling support for project teamsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering10-12 years of construction planning experienceStrong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory)Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EOTs, and delay analysisExperience on large-scale building/high-rise projectsProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPointUAE/GCC experience preferredNote: Must be available in UAE for face-to-face interview.#J-18808-Ljbffr
