Civil Site Supervisor

OverviewJob Title: MEP & Civil Site SupervisorExperience Required: Minimum 2 YearsLocation: UAEReporting To: Project Manager / Senior EngineerResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) and civil works on site as per drawings and specificationsCoordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teamsEnsure work is carried out according to approved drawings, shop drawings and method statementsMonitor project progress and report site status to the Project ManagerEnsure compliance with quality, safety and project timelinesConduct inspections and coordinate with consultants for approvalsHandle material requests, site measurements and work progress reportsResolve technical issues and site coordination problemsMaintain proper site documentation and daily reportsRequirementsDiploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / MEP Engineering or related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant site experience (UAE experience preferred)Good knowledge of MEP systems civil works and construction methodsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsFamiliar with QA/QC procedures and site safety standardsGood communication and coordination skillsProficient in MS Office (Excel Word)Ability to work independently and under pressurePreferred SkillsExperience in MEP projectsKnowledge of local authority requirements (Dubai / Abu Dhabi added advantage)Valid UAE driving license (preferred)Salary & BenefitsSalary: 4000 to 5000 As per experienceBenefits: Visa, Medical insurance, transport allowance#J-18808-Ljbffr
