The role ensures full compliance with HSE, quality and project requirements while leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and enforce HSE standards; promote strong safety culture across civil works.Manage execution of earthworks, concrete, underground and structural activities.Ensure first‑time‑right quality through approved method statements and ITPs.Contribute to construction planning, scheduling and constructability reviews.Monitor progress, productivity and milestones; implement corrective actions.Lead civil supervisors and direct manpower; manage subcontractors effectively.Coordinate with engineering and other disciplines to resolve site issues.Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE, quality and information security requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma.15 years of experience in onshore oil & gas / petrochemical construction.Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
