Civil Site Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction operations for the Lusail Plaza Towers Project. The ideal candidate will ensure that civil works are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily on-site civil construction activities, including structural works, foundations, and finishing.Interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and method statements.Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in high-rise building or tower construction projects.Experience with mega projects in the Middle East is highly preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.Strong leadership and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
