Civil Site Engineer

<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced<b>civil site engineer</b>with a strong background in<b>real estate development projects</b>in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects within approved timelines and budgets.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality and local authority regulations.</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.</li><li>Ensure health&safety standards are maintained.</li><li>Manage material approvals and site documentation.</li><li>Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.</li><li>Support the handover process and final snagging.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum<b>5–8 years UAE experience</b>with a<b>real estate developer</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of high‑rise residential/ commercial projects.</li><li>Familiar with Sharjah Municipality approvals (preferred).</li><li>Strong project coordination and site management skills.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience working directly with developers (not only contracting firms).</li><li>Knowledge of project planning tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of BOQ and contract management.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
