We have emerged as a strong EPC contractor in the Energy, Infrastructure as well as Engineering Services sectors in Saudi Arabia.</p><p>With the support of special purpose service units, alfanar Construction continuously strives to provide appropriate and timely solutions to clients, conforming to international standards.</p><p><b>The core EPC activities of alfanar Construction are in the fields of:</b></p><p>• Power and Water Projects</p><p>• Transmission and Distribution Projects</p><p>• Building Construction (Industrial&Commercial) Projects</p><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>This Position exists to perform project civil Quality Control and Quality assurance activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Project Quality Plan&Alfanar Quality Management System</p><p>1.QMS implementation Project Quality Inspection, Quality related activities and its coordination to Client / consultant and vendors Inspections.<br>2.Maintain system manuals, international&national standards, client specs, Technical data sheets&handbooks, product-range&component catalogues, copy of ITP and all relevant documents related to inspections.<br>3.Verify and assure accreditation, certifications, approvals and accolades along with profiles of vendors, external / third party or independent agencies.<br>4.Maintain quality records such as logbook of the work performed, QA/QC Weekly report, Internal inspection report, Non-Conformance report (NCR).<br>5.Preparation of quality related documents like ITP, MOS, Checklist PQI, QA/QC weekly report.<br>6.Implementation of ALFANAR LESSON LEARNT PROGRAME. The impact, it reduces many punch points those must be appeared during handover the project.<br>7.Ensure and act for Customer Satisfactions<br><br>Monitoring&Inspections<br>1.Ensures that works are carried out as per PTS, IFC drawing and approved method statement.<br>2.Ensures that work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection.<br>3.Conforms that, the works are properly inspected at the required stages as stated in ITP or as required by client.<br>4.Ensures that all material and equipment to be purchased and incorporated into the permanent installation of project are in compliance with the contract, plan, PTS and standard.<br>5.Ensures that required test are performed and verify its compliance against requirement.<br>6.Site installation inspection, material receiving inspection and report to the concerned authority. Control and monitoring inspection and test requirement and data with respect to project PTS<br>7.Assuring the maintenance and calibration of inspection testing equipment.<br>8.Carry out inspections and testing as per plan.<br>9.Preparation of Checklists and RFI’S of all work for Consultant approval,&Inspections.</p><p>Coordination<br>1.Coordination with Execution Team, Project Management, Client and Consultant to deal QC related matters.<br>2.Coordinate with independent testing laboratory for material testing, follow up for test reports and submit to consultant.<br>3.Quality Reporting to TQM Department</p><p>Site QA/QC Reporting<br>4.Report quality related matters to Project Manager to taking necessary action and reports to TQM Manager for information.<br>5.Obtain and verify the quality record and maintain it in a traceable, easy retrievable and safe manner.
