Job Description

Job DescriptionRoyal International Construction is looking for a dedicated and proactive Civil Project Engineer responsible for planning, managing, and executing civil construction projects. The role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Civil Project Engineer liaises with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.ResponsibilitiesPrepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation in coordination with project managers.Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and labor in line with project requirements.Conduct inspections and ensure that construction work meets design and quality standards.Review contractor submittals and shop drawings for technical compliance.LocationDubai.Job RequirementsExperienceMinimum 4-6 years of experience in civil construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and quality control.Experience with large‑scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects is preferred.Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil construction/engineering.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsCivil Engineering & Construction ManagementProject Planning & SchedulingQuality Control & ComplianceSite Supervision & Technical CoordinationDocumentation & ReportingProblem Solving & Value EngineeringSoft SkillsCustomer Focus – Understands customer challenges and takes initiative to resolve them effectively.Accountability and Ownership – Manages projects with minimal supervision and ensures quality results.Collaboration & Influence – Builds networks across functions and resolves conflicts constructively.Result Orientation – Sets clear goals and works proactively to achieve high performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
