Civil Inspector (Sewerage Treatment Plant)We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Inspector to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. This individual will have extensive experience in sewerage treatment plant, pumping stations, and pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standardsMonitor and report on progress and quality of work being performed by contractorsReview and approve construction materials and equipmentCoordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepanciesPrepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentationConduct quality control tests and inspections on materials and workmanshipEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations on siteIdentify and report any potential delays or issues that may impact project timeline or budgetAttend project meetings and provide technical input as neededProvide guidance and support to junior inspectors and other team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in sewerage treatment plant, pumping stations, and pipelinesProven track record of successfully completing similar projects in the Middle EastStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipmentExcellent understanding of industry standards and regulationsExperience with quality control testing and inspectionsProficient in using construction management software and toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
