Civil Inspector – Roads & Infrastructure- Tagalog Speaker

We are looking for a skilled Civil Inspector to join our team for major infrastructure projects focusing on roads, highways, utilities, drainage, and traffic management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction activities meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and monitor construction activities related to roads, highways, utilities, and drainage systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports and all necessary documentation as per contractual obligations.Verify that only approved materials are used in the construction works.Conduct labor compliance checks and maintain accurate as-built records.Identify and report potential issues, conflicts, or non-conformities, and provide recommendations for resolution.Coordinate with subconsultants for activities such as surveying and material testing.Oversee workmanship for all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure high standards of quality.Confirm proper alignment of equipment and oversee balancing operations.Assist in preparing quality control reports and supporting the development of QA/QC procedures.RequirementsDiploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 7 years of experience in construction inspection, specifically on roads, highways, drainage, and utilities projects.Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with contractors, engineers, and project teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation is an advantage (not mandatory).Knowledge of Equinex is an added advantage (training can be provided).Willing to relocate to Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
