From blueprint to final build, you will engage in every stage of the development journey — transforming ambition into architecture and concepts into reality.As a Civil Inspector, you will oversee and inspect high-rise tower and residential construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with proven experience working in a consultant firm environment and ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections of high-rise towers and residential construction sites to verify compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures.Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to address any technical issues or discrepancies.Review and verify construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.Overall 10+ years of experience in which minimum 3+ years experience working with the consultant firmsProven experience as a Civil Inspector in high-rise tower and residential construction projects within the UAE.Previous experience working with a consultant firm is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
