Company DescriptionArchirodon, having earned its reputation as a reliable and respected international contractor for more than a half century in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market, continues to create value to its stakeholders by executing complex EPC projects worldwide, in recognition of its superior standards of performance.Job DescriptionPerform civil works (excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundations, paving, etc.) in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and ADNOC standards.Act as Job Performer under ADNOC PTW system and ensure strict compliance with permit conditions.Ensure HSE requirements, risk assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) are understood and followed by the work crew.Coordinate with Permit Holder, Area Authority, and HSE team before and during work execution.Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment at site.Monitor work progress and report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or deviations.Support inspections, quality checks, and site housekeeping.Stop work immediately in case of unsafe conditions and inform supervision.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Any Discipline / Diploma / or equivalent.ADNOC-approved Civil Job Performer certification (mandatory).Minimum 3+years of civil construction experience in Oil & Gas projects.Proven experience working inside ADNOC facilities with PTW system exposure.Additional InformationStrong knowledge of ADNOC PTW system, LSR, and HSE requirements.Ability to read and understand civil drawings and method statements.Knowledge of excavation safety, formwork, concrete works, and rebar installation.Good communication skills and ability to supervise work crews.Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
