The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.SummaryAl Marwan is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman – Fit-Out to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out activities across residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong site management skills, hands‑on experience in fit‑out works, and the ability to lead site teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities related to interior fit‑out works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, and finishing.Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and fit‑out specifications.Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.Allocate tasks, manage manpower, and monitor productivity on‑site.Conduct site inspections to identify issues and report progress, delays, or deviations to the site engineer/project manager.Ensure proper material handling, delivery checks, and storage on site.Maintain daily site reports, work checklists, and documentation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.Support snagging, de‑snagging, and final completion works.Perform additional site‑related duties as required to support project execution.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in fit‑out projects (residential/commercial).Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, methods, and standards.Ability to read drawings, manage teams, and coordinate site activities effectively.Strong communication and leadership skills.Excellent attention to detail and quality control.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.UAE experience preferred.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
