The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil infrastructure maintenance projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily infrastructure maintenance activities onsiteInterpret and implement project plans blueprints and specificationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations local building codes and company policiesManage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiencyCoordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project timelinesConduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as neededMonitor and report on project progress including budget and schedule updatesIdentify and requisition necessary materials equipment and resources for projectsImplement and maintain proper safety protocols on the construction siteProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersQualificationsBachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 57 years of experience in civil infrastructure maintenance projects with a proven track record of successful project completionValid UAE Driving LicenseRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
