Job Title: Civil Estimation Engineer/Sr. Cost Controller Location: Dubai UAE Industry: Construction & Contracting (High-Rise Building Projects)Package: - Salary: under AED 18K (depending on experience) - Benefits: Visa Ticket Insurance (self) - Other benefits negotiable Job Summary: Our client is hiring a Civil Estimation Engineer/Sr. Cost Controller with experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves preparing cost estimates managing project budgets tracking expenses and supporting cost optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze project drawings & specs for cost estimation - Prepare & manage project budgets - Track costs vs. budgets; report variances - Support tendering & cost optimization - Coordinate with project procurement & finance teams Requirements: - Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying - Experience in estimation/cost control in construction - Strong MS Excel & estimation software skills - Knowledge of cost planning & financial reporting Service Charge to be charged from Candidate upon confirmation from employer.
