Our teams work across multi‑disciplinary civil and complex urban development, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client partnership.Position SummaryRobert Bird Group is seeking Expressions of Interest for Urban Civil professionals across multiple seniority levels to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia.The roles will focus on the delivery of integrated urban civil design, including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities, aligned with major masterplanning and development programs.We are building a strong pipeline of talent across multiple levels:Urban Civil LeadUrban Principal Civil EngineerUrban Senior Civil EngineerUrban Civil EngineerThese roles will support major urban civil, masterplanning, and development programs aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver urban civil infrastructure design including roads, grading, drainage, and utilitiesCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, architecture, and utilitiesSupport masterplanning and concept to detailed design developmentEnsure compliance with local authority standards and project specificationsManage stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for timely project deliveryMentor and support junior engineers (for senior roles)Contribute to technical excellence and innovation across projectsKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProven experience in urban civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, grading, drainage)Strong understanding of masterplanning and integrated infrastructure designExperience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSAProficiency in Civil 3D and relevant design toolsStrong communication and coordination skillsFor senior rolesDemonstrated leadership and project delivery experienceClient-facing and stakeholder management capabilityWhy Join RBGJoin a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable, people-centric environments across 40+ countries.
