We are an established engineering firm with a strong presence in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, dams and other infrastructure.Responsibilities:• Design and develop civil engineering projects according to specifications and legal requirements.• Prepare detailed drawings and plans for the construction of projects.• Estimate costs of projects and materials and submit bids for contracts.• Oversee the construction of projects ensuring that all safety standards are met.• Supervise personnel involved in the construction of projects.• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.• Complete reports on project status such as budgets, timelines and progress updates.• Respond to complaints related to constructed projects when necessary.• Ensure that all completed work is inspected by relevant authorities before being accepted as complete.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required. • Knowledge of relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil engineering or related field required; immigrant considered with relevant experience only • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent problem solving skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalIf you meet these qualifications, please apply now!This job has no reviews yet.
