CIVIL ENGINEER - PLATFORMS, AIR COOLER STRUCTURAL, SHELTER DESIGN

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer specializing in platforms air cooler structural design and shelter design for onshore oil and gas projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engineering deliverables during the FEED Detailed Engineering and Detailed Design phases. This role requires expertise in structural analysis design and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe compliant and cost-effective designs.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and review civil/structural designs for platforms air coolers and shelters in compliance with project specifications industry standards and client requirements.Perform structural analysis and calculations using relevant engineering software and codes.Prepare and review engineering deliverables including design drawings specifications datasheets and calculation reports.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical piping electrical instrumentation) to ensure design compatibility and constructability.Provide technical support during the design development vendor selection and procurement stages.Ensure compliance with applicable international standards (API AISC ASCE BS ISO) and client-specific standards.Participate in design review meetings HAZOPs constructability reviews and value engineering sessions.Support site teams during construction phases for technical clarifications when required.Ensure adherence to project schedules quality standards and cost control measures.KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Minimum 8-12 years of experience in civil/structural engineering for onshore oil and gas projects.Proven experience in platform design air cooler structural design and shelter design.Strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards applicable to oil and gas facilities.Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. SAP2000 ETABS) and CAD tools.Experience in FEED Detailed Engineering and Detailed Design stages.Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Candidates with ADNOC project experience will be preferred.VERTICAL:ENGINEERING#J-18808-Ljbffr
