<div><h3>Position</h3><p>Civil Engineer PE (Professional Engineer) – Greater St. Louis Area, Missouri</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>Arcadis seeks an experienced Civil Engineer PE/EIT to join our Greater St. Louis office, working on challenging site development and redevelopment projects.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects.</li><li>Prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients.</li><li>Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements.</li><li>Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments.</li><li>Work with municipalities on necessary permits.</li><li>Project manage site development or redevelopment activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Miden Missouri licensed (PE) or PE‑candidate.</li><li>5+ years of experience in land and site development.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation (considered an asset).</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills.</li><li>Ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Benefits&Compensation</h3><ul><li>Salary range: $90,000 – $121,000 (actual salaries vary).</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>EAP.</li><li>401(k) plan.</li><li>Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance.</li><li>AD&D, life insurance.</li><li>Paid parental leave.</li><li>Reward&recognition program.</li><li>Optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement.</li><li>Nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year.</li></ul><h3>Equal Opportunity Employer</h3><p>We are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
