This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career and work on exciting projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans and manage resources, timelines, and budgets for construction projectsPrepare and analyze cost estimates, design plans and sketches to determine the materials neededSupervise construction activities and ensure that the project is completed according to safety standardsMonitor progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure completion on timeEnsure that all necessary permits are obtained before any work takes placeEnsure that all design criteria are met during constructionCoordinate with local agencies/authorities to obtain necessary approvals/permitsProvide reports on progress of projects to management teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProven experience as a Civil Engineer or similar role with at least 3 years of experience in the field of civil engineeringAbility to read blueprints, technical drawings and other design documents required for construction projectsKnowledge of building codes, health & safety regulations and quality control proceduresExcellent analytical, problem solving and communication skillsImmigrant status is welcome#J-18808-Ljbffr
