HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.</p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced<b>Civil Engineer</b>to join our team for a project in<b>Riyadh</b>. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supervising construction site activities for large-scale projects, with solid knowledge of site management, drawing review, quality control, and compliance with Saudi regulations.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise and monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards</li><li>Review shop drawings and project specifications, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or conflicts with design documents</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to address design and construction-related issues</li><li>Approve materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements</li><li>Review project execution plans to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards, construction issues, and quality concerns</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, including clarification of specifications and installation procedures</li><li>Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress updates, change orders, and documentation</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including implementation of safety protocols and incident reporting</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in site engineering or construction management, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations</li><li>Proficiency in construction management software and tools</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
