DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Civil Engineer youll play a key role in the planning design and delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects. Youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams support junior engineers and contribute to the development of sustainable and resilient water systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to the design and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in terms of preparation of Site Grading Land Grading Road layout inclusive of Plan and Profile of Roads. The design development will not be limited to Roads only but preparation of design report fencing layouts and early works packages and demolition plans for contractors.Conduct feasibility studies data analysis and technical assessments.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams to ensure project success.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and solutions.What You BringA degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience (36 years) in the roads and civil engineer sector particularly in Road Design Land Grading and Early Works Packages.Strong technical skills in civil design and analysis.Familiarity with UAE Design standards and familiarity with ADQCC Standards and design submission to DMT and relevant authorities.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.A proactive collaborative and accountable approach to work.Desirable TraitsAction-oriented and enthusiastic about tackling complex challenges.Strong decision-making and analytical skills.Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.A team player who values empathy humility and continuous learning.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Microstation,FEA,Construction Experience,Data Collection,Production Design,Microsoft Word,CAD,Drafting,Microsoft Exchange,Autocad,Hydraulics,NavisWorks Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
