Civil Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise hands-on site supervision and excellent coordination with clients consultants and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesQuotation Preparation: Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on project drawings and requirements.Drawing Management: Prepare 2D technical drawings; coordinate with draftsmen for 3D drawings with proper site coordinates.Client Interaction: Attend meetings provide updates and deliver technical support to clients.Authority Documentation: Prepare and manage documents for required approvals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Approval Coordination: Handle project approvals from developers and relevant authorities.Site Supervision: Conduct routine site visits monitor progress ensure compliance with specifications and resolve site-related issues.Gate Pass & Site Access: Apply for and manage site access permits.Material BOQ: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement of construction materials.Mobility: Conduct mandatory site visits; valid driving license is an advantage.RequirementsBachelor s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.Minimum 2 years of GCC experience.Must hold a G1 Card.Registered with the Society of Engineers.Strong knowledge of approval and documentation procedures.Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.Excellent communication and client-handling skills.Driving license (preferred).BenefitsCompetitive salary packageAnnual leave and public holidays as per company policyProfessional development and training opportunitiesCareer growth and promotion opportunities within the company strong knowledge of approval and documentation procedures hands-on experience in preparing technical drawings and BOQs Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools is essential Excellent communication and client-handling skills A valid driving license is considered an added advantage for site mobilityEducationBachelor s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Key Skills Microstation,FEA,Construction Experience,Data Collection,Production Design,Microsoft Word,CAD,Drafting,Microsoft Exchange,Autocad,Hydraulics,NavisWorks Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 4000 - 4000
