About the job Civil ChiefJob DetailsWork Location: OffshoreLeave Cycle: 42/21Working Hours: 06:30 to 18:30 (1 hour break)Air Ticket: Round trip - Economy class providedMedical: Health Insurance providedSalary: AED 5,500 per month + Offshore AllowanceQualification (minimum): Diploma in Civil EngineeringExperience (minimum): 7 years of relevant experience within the Oil & Gas IndustryMinimum 2 year experience in leading positionJob RequirementsProvide technical assistance to Supervisor for the preparation of Civil maintenance plan and Annual Budget EstimationCommunicate the maintenance procedures and instructions to subordinates and carried out the Civil works in a controlled mannerPrepares general Civil maintenance & repair works schedules according to company's set standard & proceduresLog off all maintenance and inspection activities as per company's set standard and proceduresMonitor stock and usage level of spares, consumables and materials for timely replenishment of stocksAttend to breakdowns and implement corrective actionsSupervise closely the daily site activities to ensure that all works are done according to approved working plan/drawings and specificationsAbility to complete the assigned task as per given schedule and assist in AIMS, Asset Integrity Management SystemKnowledge & SkillsComputer Literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Auto Cad knowledge is an advantage but is not a mustGood in Time Management, Multi-TaskingAbility to manage construction activities and staffs on daily basis, achievement oriented / Teamwork & Cooperation orientedHolder of a valid U.A.E Driving licenseAbility to read and interpret construction drawings.Ability to prepare an initial Civil plan/drawing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
