Chiller Process Operator Trainee (Meat & Poultry)

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Food Manufacturing company. We are looking for a Trainee Process Operator (Air Chiller) for operating and maintaining cooling and freezing equipment including refrigerators batch freezers and freezing tunnels.Responsibilities:To operate complex equipments and production lines and prepare complex products. Should be able to read and understand safety quality and operational procedures. Should be able to read and understand complex equipments manuals.Perform regular machine conditions checksPerform preventive maintenance tasks as per standard PM checklistsPrepare materials and assemble equipments before starting up the lineMonitor the performance of production equipments and adjust parameters as per the standards proceduresParticipate in minor maintenance tasks during troubleshooting and mechanical repair activitiesEscalate any process none conformance safety food safety or quality issues to leader maintenance team or supervisorAssist the production supervisor in achieving scheduling requirementsFill and interpret control chartsFill control charts for productivity systemMaterial orderingPrevents loss of products and process wasteMinimize the s and rework generationRequirements Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companiesDiploma or High School qualification.Proficiency in English (reading writing and speaking).Benefits Salary plus Benefits.Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.Career growth and development opportunities.Dynamic and professional work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
