Job Overview:Trust Arabia is seeking compassionate, responsible, and qualified Child Care / Support Staff to join our team. The role involves working closely with children in a structured and supportive environment, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development in line with best practices and center policies.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily supervision of children within the center and designated facilitiesEnsure a safe, secure, and supportive environment at all timesMonitor children’s behavior and promote positive conductSupport and participate in educational, recreational, and developmental activities appropriate to different age groupsReport any incidents, concerns, or behavioral observations promptlyMaintain accurate records related to attendance and general observationsCoordinate with specialized teams (social, psychological, and educational) to support children’s overall wellbeingApply child protection policies and report any signs of concern immediatelyRespect confidentiality and maintain professional conduct at all timesFollow all center rules, procedures, and instructions from management
