Key Responsibilities Lead R&D, design, and engineering functions for power transformers Drive innovation across Railways, Renewable Energy, and Reactor applications Define long-term technology roadmap and product strategy Ensure compliance with global standards and quality benchmarks Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams Requirements 30+ years of experience in transformer design & engineering Strong expertise in 220kV / 400kV transformers Proven leadership in global markets MTech/BTech in Electrical Engineering
