You will shape how products are conceived, built, measured, and governed, balancing speed with compliance, experimentation with stability, and innovation with institutional rigor.How You’ll Make an ImpactProduct Strategy & Portfolio LeadershipDefine a clear, differentiated product strategy tied to revenue growth, retention, trust, and risk outcomes.Build and maintain a measurable, prioritized roadmap across both businesses and platform capabilities.Make transparent trade‑offs across multiple product lines with differing constraints, metrics, and regulatory requirements.Establish a strong narrative around customer value, product bets, and long‑term platform evolution.Brokerage & Growth Engine DevelopmentArchitect the brokerage growth engine across the full lifecycle: activation, retention, trading frequency, deposits, commission revenue.Strengthen onboarding, verification, funding, and engagement journeys through product‑led CRM hooks.Institutionalise experimentation discipline through robust telemetry, funnel diagnostics, and A/B testing without compromising compliance or reliability.Trust, Reliability & Regulatory ReadinessStrengthen platform stability through clear SLOs, observability, incident management, and response frameworks.Embed compliance‑ and risk‑by‑design principles across product and engineering (auditability, access controls, data governance).Establish and enforce marketing and claims governance in collaboration with Risk & Compliance.Define and operate clear product governance models across regulated and non‑regulated surfaces.Platform Synergy & Architecture LeadershipEstablish a clear separation between "platform" and "product" to reduce duplication and increase delivery velocity.Build shared services, workflows, and foundational capabilities intentionally across both businesses.Steer architectural decisions with a strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and modern engineering practices.Capability Building & Operating System EnhancementImplement a modern product development operating system that enables high‑agency problem solving within squads.Mature Product Management practices across discovery, domain ownership, decision‑making, and delivery.Introduce Product Operations to support multi‑product and multi‑jurisdiction complexity.Set and uphold high standards for product craft, engineering excellence, and execution discipline across hubs.AI‑Native Execution & Future ReadinessDrive an AI‑builder mindset across product, design, and engineering focused on practical, value‑generating use cases.Institutionalise AI workflows to enhance discovery, delivery speed, operational efficiency, and decision quality.What You Bring12+ years of experience in brokerage, trading fintech, or similarly regulated industries.Minimum 5 years in senior product leadership roles, owning multi‑product portfolios.Proven experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries or regions.Deep capability in defining product strategy, positioning, and customer value narratives.Strong discovery discipline — able to derive truth from data and user insight rather than opinion.Comfort operating across multiple products with distinct metrics, risks, and constraints.Demonstrated success in building scalable product development operating systems.Experience creating shared
