Chief Process Engineer

We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead process engineering strategy, design, and optimization for upstream and midstream oil facilities.</li><li>Oversee development and approval of process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, simulations, calculations).</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and client specifications.</li><li>Provide technical authority on process design, safety, and operational performance.</li><li>Support project execution across FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning.</li><li>Drive process optimization, debottlenecking, and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Interface with operations, HSE, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex issues.</li><li>Mentor process engineers and maintain technical excellence within the team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Master’s preferred).</li><li>Extensive experience in upstream and midstream oil and gas projects.</li><li>Strong expertise in process simulation, design standards, and hydrocarbon processing systems.</li><li>Proven leadership and technical authority in large-scale projects.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><h3>Moving forward together</h3><p>We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
