You will play a critical role in driving performance, scaling operations, and enabling sustainable business growth.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all functions.Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and long-term business objectives.Drive organizational performance across a business with approximately SAR 300 million turnover, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.Oversee cross-functional departments including operations, commercial, finance, and support functions to ensure alignment and synergy.Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational frameworks to ensure targets are achieved.Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements and telecommunications industry standards.Lead transformation initiatives, process improvements, and digital optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.Collaborate closely with the executive team and board on strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.Oversee risk management practices to ensure operational stability and business continuity.Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service quality and operational standards.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA is highly preferred).Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (COO, Operations Director, or equivalent), preferably within telecommunications or large-scale organizations.Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and driving business performance.Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capabilities.Extensive leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross‑functional teams.Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, costs, and profitability.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership and boards.Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
